How it works

Sentra AI is designed to slot into existing training programmes rather than replace them. It gives instructors a fast way to create, run and assess realistic exercises.

Build a scenario - define the agency, learning objectives and injects (e.g. first 999 call, updates from scene, partner agency liaison).

Run the exercise - trainees interact via voice or text. AI stays in character as caller/commander, adapting to trainee responses.

Review & score - the system generates transcripts, an AI score out of 100, and narrative feedback against each objective ready for debrief.
